1. Introduction
The La Vie Wellness Referral Program (“Program”) allows eligible customers (“Referrers”) to earn rewards by referring new customers (“Referees”) to La Vie Wellness. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
- The Program is open to individuals 18 years or older who have an active La Vie Wellness customer account.
- Businesses, organizations, or commercial entities are eligible to participate.
- La Vie Wellness reserves the right to approve or deny participation at its discretion.
3. How the Program Works
A. Sign-Up
- Interested participants must DM @drinklavie on Instagram with their full name and the email associated with their La Vie Wellness account.
- Approved participants will receive two referral codes:
- Discount Code – Provides 10% off for the Referee’s first order.
- Tracking Code – Tracks purchases towards the Referrer’s monthly rewards but does not offer a discount.
B. Earning Rewards
- When a Referee makes a purchase of $30 or more using the Tracking Code, the purchase counts toward the Referrer’s monthly total.
- Rewards are based on the total number of qualified purchases within a calendar month:

- Referral counts reset on the 1st of each month.
- Rewards are calculated manually and issued via email by the 4th of the following month.
4. Limitations & Restrictions
- Self-referrals are prohibited. You cannot use your own referral code for your purchases.
- Referral codes cannot be posted on coupon or deal websites. If found, your participation may be revoked.
- Only first-time customers can use the 10% Discount Code. If a customer has purchased before, their order will not count.
- Only completed purchases count. Canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders will not contribute to referral totals.
- Referral rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or substituted for other products.
- La Vie Wellness reserves the right to review and verify all referrals before issuing rewards.
5. Fraud & Abuse Prevention
La Vie Wellness may disqualify any participant from the Program if:
- There is evidence of fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.
- Referral codes are being sold, shared in bulk, or used in unauthorized ways.
- There is an attempt to manipulate the referral count through fake or duplicate accounts.
If we detect fraud, we reserve the right to revoke rewards and ban participation in future referral promotions.
6. Modification & Termination
- La Vie Wellness reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.
- Changes may include altering reward tiers, referral requirements, or eligibility conditions.
- If the Program is terminated, any earned but unissued rewards will still be honored if they meet the requirements at the time of termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
- La Vie Wellness is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or misdirected communications regarding the Program.
- The company is not liable for technical issues that prevent referrals from being tracked.
- La Vie Wellness reserves the right to resolve any disputes at its sole discretion.
