Subscription Issues

If you are having an issue with your subscription such as:

Difficulty changing your credit card. 

Difficulty adding a new product

At this time, it is best to cancel your current subscription order and create a new order. We apologize for the inconvenience and continue to work on making the process more seamless.

 

Ordering a product once a month and a different product once a week.

When subscribing to receive a product once a week and receive another product once a month it is best to separate these into two different orders. 

 

Troubleshooting: Setting Up a Delivery with Subscriptions

To successfully schedule a delivery with a subscription, your recurring subscription total must be at least $65 after discounts.

Important Note:

  • One-time purchases do not count toward the $65 minimum for subscription deliveries.
  • Example: If you subscribe to a product that costs $60 after the 10% discount and add a one-time purchase of $10 (totaling $70), the system will not allow delivery because the recurring subscription alone does not meet the $65 minimum.

Solution:

Ensure your subscription products alone add up to at least $65 per delivery to avoid any issues.
